Vitamin C is one of the best known actives for dark spots and fine lines, and also one of the most fragile: light, air and heat break it down. That is why this serum is built the way it is. It contains 15% pure L-ascorbic acid, with ferulic acid and vitamin E to stabilise and strengthen how it works.
The texture is water-light and sinks in quickly, so you can layer the rest of your routine on top without waiting. The low pH and the high acid percentage make this a potent serum. If your skin is sensitive, build it up slowly.

About shelf life
Vitamin C oxidises, so freshness matters. This serum arrives with us weekly, straight from the manufacturer, and is kept refrigerated in our warehouse. Unopened it keeps for six months after production, three months once opened. Store it cool at home too, that keeps it working longest. The date is printed on the packaging.
Walking to the fridge every morning is not practical. Use the mini empty bottle for your bathroom or for travelling.
