Tips for Whitening Your Teeth at Home
- Start with clean teeth: brush and floss before using strips, a pen or gel.
- Follow the instructions: stick to the stated wear time and number of treatments.
- Watch what you eat and drink: limit coffee, tea and red wine in the first hours after a treatment.
