That is why liquid highlighter works well on dry or mature skin, where powder can emphasise fine lines instead. How do you apply liquid highlighter?
Shake the bottle, put one or two drops on the back of your hand and pick up your product from there. Press the glow onto your cheekbone, your nose bridge and your brow bone with your ring finger or a damp sponge, and blend with short, tapping movements while the formula has not dried yet. For an all-over glow you mix a drop through your foundation. If you want to set powder on top, wait until the highlighter is completely dry and use a soft highlighter brush for it.
